Safe Halloween Sites

1. Rancho Bernardo Town Center Look for a pumpkin in the window for merchants participating. 2 - 5 p.m. Saturday, October 31. Costume Contest 4:30 p.m. Prizes in all levels to 12 years.
2. Poway Library ages 6 to 12 scary stories 3 p.m. October 22. Storytime Oct 26,27, 28, 29 for toddlers at 10:30 a.m. Halloween Carnival Saturday Oct 24, 1 to 3 pm.Haunted House, carnival games, face painting, refreshments and more!
3. Boy and Girls Club 12988 Bowron Road, by the Poway Library Halloween party for K to 8th graders Friday October 30 4 to 6 pm.
4. Once upon a Halloween Old Poway Park 5 to 8 pm on Halloween night.
5. RB Community Prsbyterian Church 23rd annual Craft Fair and Carnival. Saturday Oct 24 kids costume parade ,noon. Carnival 9 to 1 pm at 17010 Pomerado Rd.
6. RB Library Halloween puppet show 6 pm, Monday Oct 26. Storytime with the Bucaneer Pirate Halloween Band, 10:30 am Tues Oct 22. Halloween craft 6 pm Wednesday Oct 28.
7. Westwood Club Halloween Carnival 11 am to 2 pm Halloween.
8 4S Library Afterschool story and craft time, October 28, at 3:30. Ages 5 to 8 welcome.
9. 4S Boys and Girls Club 1 to 4 pm Wednesday Oct 28. Prizes, bounce house, face painting.
Then from 5 to 6:30 the Club becomes a haunted House!Tickets are 1.00 for non members, .50 for members.
10. 4S Commons Town Center 3 to 5 Friday Oct 30. Children in costumes up to age 12.Carmel Mtn Plaza costumed kids age 12 and younger 3 to 5 on Halloween.
