Weekly Specials for September 30 to October 7

It's October and now we can start using recipes that have pumpkin in them! Pumpkin is a very healthy vegetable with lots of antioxidants and vitamins in it. Try some new recipes on your family this week!! There's a real good one in my last posting.

Did you know you can go to www.Albertsons.com and see the weekly ad circular. You can drag the items you want to buy onto your own shopping list. Then print out the list of all the things you want to buy this week and take it to the store with you! New circulars go up every wednesday.

HENRY'S

For their circular go to: www.henrysmarkets.com And remember Wednesday you can get the specials from the previous week as well as the new week! Double Ad Wednesdays!!

STATER BROS.

For Stater Bros weekly circular go to: www.staterbros.com Their ads change on Wednesdays too.

VONS

For Vons just go to: www.vons.com You will need to give them your zipcode to get the ad circular for your area and then choose the store you usually shop at. The new weekly specials come up on Wednesdays here as well.

The best way to keep these stores handy is to go to the site and then bookmark the site or add it to your favorites. Then all you have to do is click and look for deals! You may see something you like but I didn't list it in my weekly specials abbreviated version.
