Fire Meat Marinade

I got this from a friend of mine when I lived in Laguna Hills, CA.

1 lb. beef (top sirloin is best) cut into strips or bite size pieces
1/2 c. soy sauce
$T. sugar
1/4 c. water
2 T. onion shredded or flakes
2 buds garlic smashed
1/2 t. pepper
1 T Accent optional if allergic to MSG
Mix well and pour over meat. Marinate for 1 to 2 hours or overnight in a zip lock bag if you are that organized!

Now for Shish Kabobs for Labor Day!
