Don't forget next Monday is Labor Day! If you want to splurge all the stores I looked at had Shrimp on sale but about 6.99 lb. I say cut up a round steak or other less expensive cut of steak. Marinate the meat in chunks and make shisk kabobs with tomato, bell pepper and pineapple! I include my recipe for fire meat marinade in my next post.
